The SIG Sauer P226 and its variants are semi-automatic handguns chambered primarily in 9mm, .40 S&W and .357 SIG. The most notable of this model is the Tactical Operations variant used by Rika Minami as her personal sidearm. It differs from the standard P226 by its flared magwell and pistol grip. She customizes the handgun by adding a Doctor MR01 reflex sight and surefire M3 weapon light.

The P226 is never seen used by the group. However, the Secret Service uses it as their standard sidearm. One is seen used by an agent to kill the undead first lady and another is used by another agent to execute the chairman when he shows signs of zombification.

  • Real world - The P226 is a blowback-operated, semi-automatic pistol designed by SIG-Sauer, a joint Switzerland/Germany company. Chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W with .357 SIG conversions available, it is a high-capacity development of P220 service pistol for the XM9 project, which it lost to the Beretta 92SB/F.
